February Musings...Part 2
Greetings All (again!),
On my way out to fill our tray feeder with peanuts-in-the-shell for our hilarious blue jays, there it was, just as I predicted, the much anticipated whistle from Mr. Cardinal. A moment later the lonesome call of the black-capped chickadee chimed in. Did you ever notice that this little guy sounds like he should be a phoebe?
It's a glorious winter morn as I shovel out the area of the clothesline. The air is crisp and pure; the February sun warms my face. I'll soon hang the laundry, and when I gather it at dusk, it will be infused with a scent like no other. So many little miracles out there.
Did I forget to mention something else? Brady did it again!
That's it for now.
